Reggie Garcia

Reggie Garcia is a Los Angeles native and Senior Manager of Community Engagement at Positive Coaching Alliance. His impact work began in 2014 with organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, Nike, the Los Angeles Sparks, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the YMCA. A Whittier College alumnus, Reggie also holds a Master's Degree in Education in Athletic Administration from Midwestern State University. In his current role, he is dedicated to serving low-income communities in Los Angeles — ensuring youth sports organizations have the coaches, training, and resources needed to close the Sports Equity Gap in Black and Brown communities. Outside of work, Reggie is a basketball junkie, movie lover, Disneyland goer, and devoted sneaker collector.
